Birth Prep Workshop
Hosted by our pelvic floor physio, Madison McKinney at RIH.
Prepare for labour, delivery and postpartum recovery with a workshop dedicated to helping you understand and support your pelvic floor. In this workshop you will learn:
1. The anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and how it changes during pregnancy
2. The role of the pelvic floor during labour and delivery, with practical steps to optimize pelvic health during birth
3. Strategies to support postpartum recovery and promote long-term pelvic wellness
This workshop is ideal for pregnant individuals at any stage, especially those in their second or third trimester.
This class is by donation with all the proceeds going to our community sponsorship program.
