Workshop description:

• Learn the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor and how it changes during pregnancy

• Review the role of the pelvic floor during labour and delivery, with practical steps to optimize pelvic health during birth

• Discover strategies to support postpartum recovery and promote long-term pelvic wellness

Cost: By donation - all proceeds go to the RIH Community Sponsorship Program, helping others access complementary health care services in our community
