DIDIÉ HAMEL - JOLETTE, CAT(C), MOT

Athletic Therapist, Osteopath, Strength + Conditioning Coach

Didié (D.D.A.) Hamel-Jolette is an Athletic Therapist, Osteopath, and Strength & Conditioning Coach. He helps people overcome pain, resolve stubborn concussion symptoms, and unlock better movement and posture—especially when nothing else has worked.

Based in Revelstoke, BC, Didié lives the mountain lifestyle. He’s a climber, backcountry skier, and all-around mountain mover—so he understands the frustration of being held back by pain, even when you’re doing everything “right.”

Through his 20s and early 30s, Didié battled persistent pain on his left side—neck, back, knee, foot. He kept training hard—weightlifting, soccer, skiing, running, climbing—while chasing recovery through stretching, foam rolling, yoga, meditation, and corrective exercises. He consulted respected practitioners across disciplines, from physios to osteopaths. Some helped for a while, but the pain always returned.

That frustration pushed him to study Athletic Therapy, and later Manual Osteopathy, where he found a systems-based, hands-on approach that aligned with how he felt the body should be treated. Osteopathy taught him to work with the body’s natural intelligence—to listen to structure, rhythm, and tension—not just chase symptoms.

The real breakthrough came in 2023, when he discovered Applied Neurology through Scott Livingston and Matt Bush. After just a few weeks of targeted neuro drills, he experienced his first two-month stretch without pain in years. When symptoms eventually crept back, he wasn’t discouraged—he was determined. This led him to complete a full program with Next Level Neuro, layering brain-based tools onto his osteopathic and movement background. That’s when everything clicked: structure and signal working together, body and brain in conversation.

From 2017 to 2020, Didié worked with high-performance athletes through the Canadian Sport Institute. From 2022 to 2024, he supported Canada’s National Triathlon Team leading up to the Paris Olympic Games.

Today, he brings that same high-level care to the community of Revelstoke and beyond—helping outdoor athletes and active locals recover faster, move better, and return to what they love. His integrated approach blends manual therapy, neuroscience-informed rehab, and performance coaching to deliver results that last.

Whether you’re chasing a summit, chasing your kids, or chasing relief from pain no one else has solved—he’s been where you are, and he’s here to help you move forward.
